Age: Blend of 2 and 3+ year casks
Proof/ABV: 113*/56.5%
Blend: Our lightly smoked American single malt, finished in third-use Sauternes casks. We then blended in some of our unsmoked single malt that was aged in used Whiskey Del Bac barrels vs. our usual first-use casks. Finally, we added a splash of a rhum agricole barrel we still had laying around.
The end result is light, ethereal with notes of grilled peach fresh off the grill.
