Our Fall 2024 blend leans into the heavier flavors of autumn. We started with our unsmoked single malt, finished in a Pinot Noir barrel from Walnut Ridge Vineyard in Junction City, Oregon. We then blended this with our mesquite smoked single malt finished on Brazilian Amburana wood. The result is a whiskey dripping with bright grape skin notes, finishing with lingering notes of baking spice and graham cracker. Think fallen leaves, cool evening rain and pumpkin patches.

Tasting Notes

On the Nose: Graham cracker, caramel, black cherry.

Palate:Chocolate hazelnut spread, leading into bright tannins and black cherry. Delicate wisps of charred orange peel and smoke. Finishes with lingering praline and pipe tobacco.
