Stephen Paul started Whiskey Del Bac 15 years ago alongside his daughter Amanda with an illicit still and a dream. In the years since, he’s given his all - even part of a finger - to make Whiskey Del Bac what it is today. Our Founder’s Tour is less a tour of our distillery and more a tour of our history, offering guests the rare chance to hear first-hand from Stephen how Whiskey Del Bac came to exist and how Whiskey Del Bac became his Love Letter to the Sonoran Desert. This is your chance to hear unfiltered and unscripted stories from the co-founder himself. Come prepared with questions, curiosity, and a thirst to be quenched. This tour will not only serve up ample history, but you’ll also get to try a selection of our most celebrated whiskeys, including some of Stephen’s favorites over the years that he’s hand-selected and pulled from our archive for this experience. Spots are limited to only 15 people, so book now before it sells out!
