November 19- Sentinel of the Desert – Bourbon Release Party at HUB Restaurant & Creamery

Join us at the HUB Restaurant & Creamery on Wednesday, November 19th from 6:00-9:00 pm for a libation-filled evening to celebrate our newest release, Sentinel of the Desert Bourbon!

We will have the opportunity to sip whiskey samples and enjoy curated cocktail pairings with Hub’s signature bites prepared by Executive Chef Omar Huerta.
We will also have the pleasure of enjoying free live music performed by local folk and blues musician Freddy Jay Walker.

Our Master Distiller, Mark A. Vierthaler will be at the event signing bottles, so be sure to purchase a Sentinel of the Desert Bourbon for your holiday celebrations. Bottles will be available for sale at this event!

Stick around for the festivities, we’ll be doling out some free giveaways and new merchandise.

1. Mesquite Smoked Chicken Thigh, sweet and spicy bbq, mac and cheese
2. Braised Short Rib, creamy poblano grits, crispy shallot
3. Roasted Salmon, elote al la brasa, heirloom carrots, bourbon-chili carmel

1. Old Fashioned of the Desert -Whiskey Del Bac’s Sentinel of the Desert Bourbon, mesquite maple syrup, orange and angostura bitters
2. Rooftop Golden Hour: Whiskey Del Bac’s Sentinel of the Desert Bourbon, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, honey syrup, lemon juice
3. Whiskey Del Bac Barrel Aged Manhattan: Whiskey Del Bac’s Sentinel of the Desert Bourbon, Carpano Antica sweet vermouth, orange bitters, barrel aged for two weeks
