Join us for a night of drinks and solidarity at Zerai’s International Bar with the Chinese Chorizo Project!

We will be partnering with Chinese Chorizo Project, Ray Ray’s Sonoran Tea and featured alongside other local libations, including Savaya Coffee, Seven Cups Tea, Suncliffe Gin, and Workhorse Rye. Local bartenders will be competing to create innovative cocktails and mocktails that evoke the spirit of Chinese Chorizo’s community solidarity using the Chinese Chorizo paste.

Festivities kick off on February 24th 6-9pm at Zerai’s International Bar! This year’s competition is a special Lunar New Year celebration. In the year of the 2026 Fire Horse is said to begin a swift momentum forward fueled by an inner fire! We are bringing together some of our friends from the from the local Tucson beverage industry and judges Da’lice Shepard from Art State AZ, Jackie Tran of Tucson Foodie, and last year’s People’s Choice Award winner Raymond Hammond so that we can stoke the fire for community, leadership, courage, creativity and movement in 2026.
