Add ingredients to shaker tin with ice and incorporate well. Double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
Rosemary Simple Syrup:
Boil 1 cup water and add 1/4 cup of fresh rosemary leaves, totally submerging the herbs. Let sit for 20 mins, then add 1 cup white sugar (keep rosemary in there) and stir until sugar dissolves. Cover and let sit 2 hours. Strain into sealable jar and store in refrigerator.
