We are partnering with KXCI Community Radio for their 40th Anniversary to Release a Limited Edition Barrell
Join us at Che’s Lounge this Sunday, November 12th, 4-8pm. The party will have live music by Salvador Duran, Leila Lopez, and Gabriel Sullivan. La Merguez Food Truck will be out front, and admission is free. 21+
At the party a limited number of bottles will be available for purchase to raise money for KXCI Community Radio (a 501c3 non profit.) Most importantly, you cannot get this private release anywhere else, so come to Che’s to support the station and grab a bottle!
What is a private barrel release?
We have many barrels aging at the distillery, as they age they take on different flavors. We blend different barrels to get the right profile for our core whiskeys like Dorado and Classic, but sometimes when there is an awesome barrel with interesting characteristics, we pull it for a private release like this one. So if you want to try something special, come join us!

On the Nose: Toasted marshmallow, cocoa, cola.
On the Palette: Butterscotch candy. Clover honey. Red pepper finish.
