Join us for an evening of delicious Del Bac cocktails paired with creative BBQ dishes from HUB Restaurant’s culinary team! This five-course whiskey dinner is the perfect opportunity to relax with your loved one(s) and taste through Del Bac’s award-winning selection of whiskeys: Old Pueblo, Classic, Dorado, Frontera, and the limited release Normandie. Dinner & Drink Menu:

-First Course: Smoked Shrimp Cocktail (pineapple slaw, Del Bac Old Pueblo cocktail sauce) with the Old Pueblo Summer Smash (Del Bac Old Pueblo, Giffard Crème de Pêche, grilled & smashed lemon, pineapple-infused simple syrup)

-Second Course: Mango BBQ Chicken Salad (roasted corn, black beans, tomatoes, serrano, manchego, Del Bac Classic BBQ) with the El Dorado Gold Rush (Del Bac Classic, limoncello, roasted orange simple syrup, orange bitters)

-Third Course: Old Fashioned BBQ Pork Ribs (sweet & spicy corn on the cob, potato salad, Del Bac Fronterra BBQ) with the Fronterra Old Fashioned (Del Bac Fronterra, Angostura, maple simple syrup)

-Fourth Course: Smoked Beef Brisket Normandie (Krack N Cheese, jalapeño cheddar cornbread w/ honey butter, Del Bac Normandie steak sauce) with the Normandie Boulevardier (Del Bac Normandie, Campari, Carpano Antica)

-Fifth Course: Warm Apple Pie Bread, Del Bac Dorado Caramel Sauce with Dorado con Helado Caffe (Del Bac Dorado, Borghetti Caffe liqueur blended with HUB Ice Cream Espresso Ice Cream)

Tickets: $85/person, plus an automatic 20% gratuity, tax & fees. Must be 21+ years old to attend.
